We want you to get the care you deserve.

Access.

We believe that every individual deserves access to quality healthcare regardless of their race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or any other factor that may contribute to systemic health inequalities. Our goal is to empower marginalized communities and advocate for their rights to better health outcomes.

Educate

Health literacy is essential in ensuring that patients are able to understand their conditions and treatment options. In addition to accessibility, education and resources need to be culturally appropriate and understandable. We are empowering individuals to take control of their health and make informed decisions.

How?

  • We provide educational events for community members to increase awareness of communicable disease prevention, transmission, and treatment

  • We facilitate screening events to identify people with Hepatitis C and link them to care in their communities

  • We provide support to people who are homeless, underhoused, use drugs and/or experience poverty in applying for and maintaining provincial health insurance
